BTAN Services Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the booking and use of the services offered by BTAN Il Sole Spray S.R.L. (hereinafter “BTAN”), including spray tanning treatments in-salon and at home.

By making a booking, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking the Service

Bookings can be made via the website, booking platforms (e.g. Calendly), WhatsApp or other official BTAN channels.

The booking is only considered confirmed following advance payment.

3. Payment

To ensure service quality and manage availability, advance payment for the treatment is required.

Payment can be made using the methods indicated at the time of booking.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • You may change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
  • In the event of cancellation within this timeframe, a full refund or the option to retain a credit will be provided.
  • For changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the amount is non-refundable.
  • Any exceptions will be assessed at BTAN’s discretion.

5. Late Arrival and No-Shows

  • In the event of a late arrival, BTAN reserves the right to shorten the duration of the service in order to keep to subsequent appointments.
  • Significant delays (over 20 minutes) may result in the appointment being forfeited without a refund.
  • In the event of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

6. Home Visits

For home visits:

  • The client is required to provide a correct and full address.
  • Sufficient space must be provided, which is clean and suitable for carrying out the treatment.
  • BTAN reserves the right not to carry out the service under unsuitable conditions.
  • Any additional costs (distance, logistics, etc.) will be communicated at the quotation stage.

7. Preparation for the Treatment

The customer undertakes to follow the instructions provided by BTAN prior to the treatment, including:

  • exfoliating 24 hours beforehand
  • not applying creams, oils or perfumes on the day of the treatment
  • arriving with clean, dry skin

Failure to follow these instructions may compromise the final result.

8. Treatment Results

The results of the spray tan may vary depending on individual factors such as:

  • skin type
  • skincare routine
  • compliance with pre- and post-treatment instructions

BTAN does not guarantee identical results for all clients.

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer is required to:

  • disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities or dermatological conditions
  • follow the post-treatment instructions

BTAN shall not be held liable for sub-optimal results arising from a failure to disclose such information or to follow the instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

BTAN cannot be held liable for:

  • undeclared skin reactions
  • improper use of the treatment
  • failure to follow the instructions provided

11. Right to Refuse Service

BTAN reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service if the appropriate conditions of safety, hygiene or cooperation on the part of the client are not met.
